1 The number of people reached through community outreach programs in Uganda declined from FY04 to FY05. Due to improved data quality procedures, which reduced duplication in the results reported, and to the absence of results from the Ministry of Health, which were included in the FY2004 results, but have not yet been made available for FY2005.

2 Uganda reported fewer people receiving AB messages in FY2008 compared to FY2007. The reduction is attributable to data quality issues associated with a major contributor to this program area. The data reported here represent 6 months of programming and are likely to be an underestimate.
