PEPFAR Bilateral Countries

In fiscal year 2012, the American people, through the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), supported the fight against global AIDS through bilateral or regional programs in the following 72 countries. In addition, the U.S. Government is the first and largest contributor to the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
