  • Operational Plans: These Operational Plans provide programmatic descriptions and budgetary information for PEPFAR. These Operational Plans describe the planned uses of all sources of U.S. government international HIV/AIDS funding by fiscal year.
  • Obligation and Outlay Reports: The Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator is required to submit quarterly reports to Congress on the allocation, obligation and expenditure of funds appropriated for PEPFAR. The Obligation and Outlay Report consists of three tables that provide an account of the funds used to support prevention, treatment, and care for people affected by HIV/AIDS.
  • Congressional Budget Justification (CBJ) Supplement: The Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator is required to submit a supplement to the Department of State’s Foreign Operations CBJ to Congress containing more detail on the PEPFAR budget request.
  • Partners: These lists include partners obligated PEPFAR money as either a prime partner or as a sub-partner.
  • The PEPFAR Planned Budgets Dashboard: The PEPFAR Planned Budgets Dashboard enables users to examine, research, and track the aid investments of PEPFAR in a standard and easy-to-understand format. The PEPFAR Planned Budgets Dashboard data come from the approved PEPFAR Country/Region Operational Plans each year.
