Budget Information

  • Latest PEPFAR Funding Fact Sheet

  • Operational Plans:PEPFAR Operational Plans provide programmatic descriptions and budgetary information for PEPFAR, as well as describe the planned uses of all sources of U.S. government international HIV/AIDS funding by fiscal year.

  • Obligation and Outlay Reports:PEPFAR is required to submit quarterly reports to Congress about the allocation, obligation, and expenditure of funds appropriated for PEPFAR. The Obligation and Outlay Report consists of three tables that provide an account of the funds used to support prevention, treatment, and care for people affected by HIV/AIDS.

  • Congressional Budget Justification Supplement: Each year, PEPFAR publishes the PEPFAR Supplement to the Fiscal Year Congressional Budget Justification for Foreign Operations (CBJ). This document provides a thorough account of the program’s work to save lives through support of effective country-led responses to the global HIV/AIDS epidemic. The supplement provides justification for and more information about the HIV/AIDS programs that are funded annually through PEPFAR.

  • PEPFAR Dashboards:PEPFAR Dashboards allow all stakeholders, including U.S. citizens, civil society organizations, U.S. government agencies, donors, and host-country governments, to view and utilize PEPFAR planned funding, program results, and expenditure analysis data in an accessible and easy-to-use format. The data in the PEPFAR Dashboards are from the approved PEPFAR Country/Region Operational Plans submitted annually.
