On November 24, 2010, Mark Storella, U.S. Ambassador to Zambia, and Zambian Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane and Minister of Health Kapembwa Simbao signed a Partnership Framework for HIV/AIDS. The Framework represents collaboration to achieve Zambia’s five-year objective: a nation free from the threat of HIV/AIDS.
