On November 24, 2010, Mark Storella, U.S. Ambassador to Zambia, and Zambian Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane and Minister of Health Kapembwa Simbao signed a Partnership Framework for HIV/AIDS.
