PEPFAR Fiscal Year 2012 Country Operational Plan (COP) Guidance (August 2011)

Extension of COP/ROP Deadline

Because of the delayed transmission of the COP/ROP and Prevention guidance documents and the new data entry system, we are extending the submission deadline to Friday, October 28, 2011. This will be the absolute last day to submit and no further extensions will be granted. Despite having an extended deadline, it is still our aim to finish COP/ROP reviews before the December holidays.

We want to stress the need for teams to start uploading and inputting COP/ROP data as soon as the PEPFAR module is available. In addition, please note that FACTS Info allows you to submit at any time, so we encourage all teams to submit as soon as possible once your COP/ROP is error-free.
